Summer Nights
This is a private paint and sip party for the Band 7 Consulting Academy of IBM where you will be instructed on how to paint Summer Nights! It's a beautiful, warm sunset on the lake complete with your own hammock. So relaxing! It reminds us of a great summer vacation.
Come join us for 1.5 to 2 hours of virtual painting with your favorite beverage and opportunities to network with your peers and instructors in between. The design for the night has been pre-selected. You must order your painting by no later than by Wednesday July 15th to receive it in time for the event on Tuesday July 21st.
Please use your IBM corporate card to pay for your painting kit and any associated shipping. Ebonei will provide you with instructions on how to expense the cost back to the consulting academy. Please only order one kit per person on your card. We look forward to a fun night of networking and creating something unique and fun!
What you will get with your ticket
You will receive a Paint & Sip TO-GO Box with each ticket which is SUPER IMPORTANT! Your box will include all the brushes and paints that you will need. It will also include one (1) 11×14, pre-traced canvas.
Your box will be shipped via USPS. Shipping is sent USPS Priority mail will take a few days to reach you so please factor in some delivery time. You will provide your address on checkout.
Instruction will be held via your hosts Web Conferencing service
Our Virtual Paint & Sip session will be broadcast through Web Conferencing services provided by your host. This broadcast will guided step-by-step by one of our accomplished artists with expertly designed artwork, through the process of painting. This broadcast is a one-way session recording so we will not be able to take questions from the audience effectively but your web conferencing leader will be able to control the speed of the session. If you loose your place or if you completely miss the event you will also receive a copy of the video once the broadcast session is over.
Join via the largest device possible. Trying to watch the painting instructions via your small mobile screen might not work out too well so use a larger screen device for best results.

Lots of planning and supplies that go into this. Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class and there are no refunds. You will not be able to reschedule your ticket for this event, but know you can watch it at a later date if you have a last-minute conflict.
